• Why don't you sell single bottles of soap?

  Short answer: the environment. Longer answer: our minimum order is 2 soaps because it's wasteful to ship 1 soap to a house, especially when almost every single house in America has 2 sinks. But don't worry, we promise you'll use both bottles! It's not like soap is going to become less important anytime soon.

• Why is LeNOSE so much less expensive than other luxury soap brands?

  Because our margins are tiny. That's literally the only reason. Even our moms think we should be charging at least $50 per bottle, but whatever. More soap for everyone!

• Is LeNOSE soap antibacterial?

  LeNOSE soap is not specifically "antibacterial" because it doesn’t include harsh active “antibacterial” ingredients. All soaps help to remove bacteria from your skin, but only medical products labeled "antibacterial" contain chemicals designed to kill germs, such as benzalkonium chloride. Normal soap is just as appropriate as antibacterial soap for everyday handwashing because normal soap molecules lift germs and bacteria off skin and rinse them away, according to both the FDA and CDC.

• Is LeNOSE luxury hand soap safe for sensitive skin?

  LeNOSE is formulated with gentle surfactants and ingredients like aloe vera and olive oil for a smooth and hydrating handwashing experience. That said, if your skin is particularly sensitive, you'll still want to moisturize after washing your hands. No matter how gentle a soap is, it's always going to strip some of the excess oil off your hands. That's literally what soap does!

• How much LeNOSE hand soap should I use per wash?

  1 pump is usually enough. 2 pumps is nice if you want to have a li'l handwashing party. 3 pumps is honestly unhinged, and we only recommend it if you're washing an ex off your hands for good.

• How long does a bottle of LeNOSE soap typically last?

  Like 30 days. But it really depends on how many hands you've got living in your house. If you're a family of four, that's a lot of hands, and you may go through a bottle every 25 days. If you're a family of 2 and one of you is super OCD about germs (like I am) then you might wanna smash the subscribe button next time you order.

• Are LeNOSE hand washes vegan and cruelty free?

  Yes. LeNOSE products are never tested on animals and are formulated without any animal-derived ingredients. Because we believe luxury and ethics go hand-in-hand.

  We're not sure. I guess we could ask Claude, but there was no AI used in the making of our soap, our photography, our packaging, or anything else.
